I have to remember that comfort zones are there to be stood outside of. Becoming braver has enabled me to see the world. I still panic, I still have anxiety and at least one meltdown per trip BUT without that I wouldn’t feel the highs.
View PostIt’s important to remember that travel can make you complacent. It can make you view the world in a skewed way, just catching a glimpse of a place or a few weeks in a country. Stereotypes can build. It isn’t just for those who stay at home.
View PostWe had a lovely time in Geneva, Switzerland and Morzine, France with my sister-in-law last weekend. It already feels like it was yonks ago but we have a couple of exciting trips coming up in the next 2 months! eek!!!
View PostOn the 5 year anniversary of me being at my current job I think this is very apt! It’s a balance to get the most out of life whilst holding down a job, sometimes we get this balance just right and other times we don’t. But I guess that’s part of life!!!
